They look nearly identical, but one can heal you and the other can kill you. When eternity is at stake, it’s not the similarities that matter most. It’s the difference. Because when your soul is on the line, as the psalmist Brandy would say, almost doesn’t count.

The Problem with “All Religions Lead to God”

Think about the pill analogy again. If you need medicine, you want the one that heals, not the one that harms. Similarly, when it comes to eternity, you want the path that leads to eternal life with God, not one that leads eternal life in hell.

Christianity offers a unique claim: Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). This is a bold statement that sets Christianity apart.
Christianity also offers a personal relationship with God through Jesus, not just a set of rules or rituals. This relationship transforms lives and gives hope beyond this world.
Practical Steps for Those Seeking Truth
